Activity Reservations
Full payment is due at the time of booking. You have the option to cancel your activity reservation up to 8 days prior to your planned arrival date, and in such cases, you will receive a full refund. Please note that no refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 1-7 days of your intended arrival date. In the event that Activities in Abisko must cancel the trip due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a 100% refund. It’s important to be aware that Activities in Abisko do not assume responsibility for any travel expenses incurred in connection with your visit to or departure from Abisko. To safeguard yourself against potential travel disruptions, including delays, missed flights, or illness, we strongly advise purchasing travel insurance.
Please take into account that while we occasionally offer special discounts on our activities, these promotions exclusively apply to new customers who have not previously booked with us. Therefore, it is not possible to cancel and rebook your activity at a lower price if you have already made a reservation.
Private Activity Reservations
For private activities, a non-refundable deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be settled no later than 14 days before your scheduled arrival date. If you decide to cancel your reservation prior to making the final payment, you will not be obligated to make any further payments; however, the initial booking deposit is non-refundable in this case. Please be aware that if you cancel your reservation after making the final payment, no refunds will be provided. In the event of an unforeseen occurrence that necessitates the cancellation of your trip by Activities in Abisko, you will receive a full refund. It’s important to note that Activities in Abisko assumes no responsibility for any travel-related expenses to or from Abisko. To protect yourself against potential travel disruptions, including delays, missed flights, or illness, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
