We have access to numerous stunning locations in Abisko, including, but not restricted to, the following:

Lake Torneträsk shoreline
A beautiful harbor near the end of Lake Torneträsk
The mountainous area near the Norwegian border
The neighbor village of Björkliden
A fishing camp near the Torne river
And many other choices!

The duration of this tour is approximately 4 hours.

Pick up details:

Abisko hotels: 7:45 – 8:00 pm (Please go to the lobby of your hotel by 7:45 pm at the latest).
All hotels in Björkliden: 7:30 pm.

We do not provide warm overalls, so it’s crucial to ensure you dress warmly with ample layers and insulated boots. If you find yourself lacking appropriate outerwear or boots, worry not; these can be arranged for an additional fee.

For families, children of all ages are welcome to join our tour, provided they don’t require a child seat. Unfortunately, if your child still needs a child seat, they won’t be able to participate in the chase.

Please note that cameras and tripods are not included in the chase package. However, we offer camera and tripod rentals for an extra fee. Our guides possess basic camera knowledge, but if photography is your primary focus, we recommend considering our Ultimate Aurora Photo Adventure for a more in-depth photography experience!

Please note!

Although snow conditions in December usually provide enough support for snowmobiles, exceptions may occur. In the unlikely event of conditions not allowing us to arrange this trip you will have the choice to either join it on another date or to receive a full refund of your payment. We do not take responsibility for any travel expenses to or from Abisko.

This adventure is not a high speed snowmobile trip! Most of the guests on this adventure will be driving a snowmobile for the first time. Because of this, we must cater to all skill levels and will not travel at high levels of speed during the adventure.

Can I have a refund if there are no auroras?

Auroras are part of nature and cannot be guaranteed, refunds will not be offered if you do not see auroras during the chase. If you want to join us on another chase, it could be possible to have a small discount if you buy another chase. Requests should be sent to [email protected].

Does the trip get canceled if we have bad weather?

No. We do not cancel tours unless it is not safe to go out on the road.
